Red Jujube with Apple ( #Lovelorn soup )

 Lovelorn Soup -- Keep Yourself Warm 






Cold Winter,

Make yourself a bowl of red dates and longan apple sweet soup  :   
Warm, the sweetness of apples is complemented by the nourishment of red dates and longan.  Apples have the effects of relieving thirst, moisturizing lungs, removing spleen, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and nourishing heart  "

Ingredients   : 

 

apple
sugar
Red dates
Longan





1)   Prepare all materials

2)   Peel the apples & cut it into pieces. 

      Cut Red dates ( keep with peels ) into small pieces 
      and abandon the seed.

       That is  :   Apple without peel
                       Red Dates with peels 
3)   Pour a bowl of water into the pot. 
4)   Peel the Longan and abandon the seed.
         Longan without peel  


5) Pour All materials into the pot Except the apple. 

6)   After 20 minutes' boiling ,
         pour into the apples on low heat .
      Cook the apple for 2 minutes.

7)   Turn off the fire
